Thank you for shopping at Fabchoice, operated by Divya Ambe Enterprises.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from fabchoice.in.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked “Final Sale”.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or alteration by the customer.

  • Any product returned without original packaging or tags.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at customercare@fabchoice.in or call us at 8884442969 within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once your request is approved, our logistics partner (Shiprocket) will schedule a pickup from your address.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
